If you have Adjustable Control Arms do the RELOCATION BRACKETS do any thing.

yes,they allow you to change instant center on the car to help traction.

Like said above the relocation brackets relocate the rear mounting points of the control arms which effectively moves the "instant center" more towards the rear of the car and helps plant the tires harder. They typically bolt on to or weld on to the rear housing. The adjustable arms adjust the arm longer or shorter.
