New N/A P.B. 10.45@129.53 with a six speed

We went to Grand Bend this weekend.

We were there from friday afternoon until Sunday evening

My times started in the 10.9 range and slowly improved throughout the weekend.

We (Taner and myself) experimented with tire pressures, timing changes, a/f ratio, limiter adjustments, shift points and pinion angles. Wow, as I type it, I realize that we fu$%ed with pretty much everything. It was a busy weekend (in a fun sorta way) Then the evenings were that much better.

My best slip was:

60' 1.33 <<<<< I destroyed my last best 60' of 1.41 (that was on spray) unbelievable
330 4.226
1/8 6.624
mph 101.95
990 8.714
1/4 10.456
mph 129.53

All I can say is that is the best hooking track that I have been to yet.

What pinion angle did you end up with, what kind of torque arm, and what slick?

I can't remember exactly, it wasn't too radical though -1,2,3 degrees. BMR extreme torque arm, and the awesomes W's.

Thanks for the info. Me and a bud are working on his car and we just added the BMR adj torque arm (with loop and different mounting) we were wondering where to start at with the PA.
We're using some M/T ET drags 28 by 10.5-15s.
