I need Tranny Rebiuld Shops & Prices

Basicly the imfamouse P1870 / Sticking Valve cooked my transmission and it's a gonner... I was told I need a rebiuld but the people who told me want to charge me $1,800 + The Sonnax kit...

Anyone got anything out there around GA where I can get my tranny rebiult for less than $1,800?...Isn't that WAY overpriced?...

sounds way overpriced to me
is that just labor or is that both the parts and labor?
