How much to spend on 17 inch SS wheels

I know a local guy selling his 17 inch Chrome SS 5 spokes. I hear they are in really good condition. What would be a good price on them? They are used not brand new

no more than $600 for the rims alone. New they only cost $1000

I got some for 450 off of ebay but two of the rims had a little bit of curb rash, which isnt even noticeable when they are actually on the car.

So if they are mint condition I would probably give 500-600 for them.
