For the vortech tube that comes off the blower that connects to the vortech metal elbow- i have another tube from a cold air kit and it will fit in the place of the other tube. now this tube i have is alot bigger, couple inches- will this do anything for hp or not make a difference?

 

You want the most snug you can get. You DO NOT want unmetered air and having a leak like that will give you unmetered air ---- NOT GOOD.
