Smile how would this look for a rear end on the 5th gen?

It was originally an early and rejected design for the C5, but i think it looks awesome for a Camaro. Theres only the rear end shot.

I scanned this out of All Corvettes Are Red

Doesn't leave a lot of room for a good looking spoiler

And the rear window is too goofy looking, if you hold your hand over it and just look at the rear, it doesn't look to bad

pipes need to be moved to the sides

A little touch up and it might be something badass

How old is that? Because at the time I bet it had good taste, but for now I think the rear window needs reworking, along with the exhaust..otherwise it's not bad..just needs some tweaking.

I like it for a Camaro...

I remember looking through the picture section of All Corvettes Are Red, and thinking a few things:

The Stingray III front end would make a cool basis for a Camaro, and this picture could be a starting place for a rear end of a new Camaro...

Spoiler?? Most well designed cars don't need a spoiler. Take a peek at the vette and the viper for instance. Spoilers add nothing but trouble.

Ya, id say the passenger compartment would have to be bigger for 4 people and different exhaust, but other than that i think it looks pretty bad ***

I think recessed with the separate four lamps is good, not sure about the rest. Definite no on the center quad exhaust. ACAR is an excellent book, btw.

Agreed. And I think the SS concept is a clear sign that GM could be headed in that direction.
