Bay Area People!!!! Sac Raceway Saturday June 19th
we should all head up to Sac Raceway on saturday june 19th.
in the morning there is GM vs. Ford Drags (not sure if it's a grudge thing or not, they'll have more info posted soon). the gates open at 9am for that.
there's a grudge fest saturday night, gates open at 5pm and racing is from 6-11pm. it's $35 for car/driver.
we should figure out which one to go to and if we want to cruise up or just meet up there.
we've got a few weeks to figure it out and get time off work and ****.
i vote for going to the grudge meet saturday night. i'm not much for getting up early on saturdays.

It sounds like fun guys but I am not sure how my schedule is looking right now. The transmission in my truck just took a **** and we've been so busy at work that we're pretty much working Saturdays until we get more help.

sorry guys, can't make it - i have to be in LA that weekend for a friend's birthday. Also, I'm still kinda babying my engine, so I don't know if I want to take it down a strip so soon.

that was a fun night. I shaved 3 tenths off from my last visit.

13.55 @ 105.7 mph
13.8 to a 13.5, not bad for first time back with more power. Hopefully, if I can find a way to get more traction and get the 60 ft. to a 2.0, i might run a 13.1 or 13.2
