best suspension mods

ok i wanna do sfc but what kind i donno.
i also wanna so lca by bmr boxed ones.

what else is good. i am looking for traction.
is the traction bar thing good or not really?

what kinda springs can i do. or should i save up for a coil type suspension like hal.

can u take v6 front springs and put them on for better weight transfer.

what else can u do?

curently i have elderbroke headers and y pipe. borla cat back. 3.73. 52mm tb. kn cai. grenneil maf. and a hyper chip. i am hopfully geting my lt4 kit soon. so what would be good. and for the sfc i want weld in or are they pretty much the same. and how do u install them i can weld so thats not a problem

this is what I'm running, but I'm still wait on the new bar. Koni sa front, set on the lower spront setting. This will lower the front of the car about an inch (closer to 3/4"). Revavled Bilsteins on the rear (just to save money over konis). remove the iscolater on the rear spring and then wrap fuel line around the top of the spring. This is good for about 1/2' of lowering in the rear. To finsh this all off I'm putting a 35 mm front swaybar. Awesome set up for the street and auto x, plus you can just undo the end links on the front sway bar for the strip and just run the rear bar.
