It's a pretty simple job, if you have all the right tools. If you do not have a Chilton's manual, I would suggest getting one. It will make you job a lot easier.

Just changed the clutch in my 3.4. Bought a clutch from an autoparts store for around $200, put it in, and had to take it back out and return it because it wouldn't disenguage. Bought one from a dealership, put it in, and it feels like a brand new car, tranny even shifts much easier. Previously had a cheap aftermarket clutch and I guess it never completely disenguaged because it was hard to shift(thought it was the tranny the whole time) and the pedal was excessively hard to push. my .02 is spend the extra money and get a gm clutch or a good aftermarket one like spec.

Also a 3/8" air ratchet and 1/2" impact make the job a whollleee lot easier.
