OH SNAPS!!!!!!!!!! Ricer fly-by!!!
I have heard people talking about this but i never had it done until tonight........i was coming home from playing pool with my friends and i was going down ogden ave(route 66) and i see a honda civic riced out to the fullest..i usually dont even bother picking on these guys but this guy was asking for it....he must have had like 4 v-tec stickers and a 5inch fart cannon but anyway i cought a red light with him but i was 2 cars back in the right lane so i had to move through traffic until i caught up with him and at first he didnt wanna go at it but i kept on pushing him until he floored it by now we're on a stretch that goes for about 5 blocks with out lights and he "floors" it so i floor it too and i know i dont have the fastest car but i beat the sh!t outta him and i know it was a honda but still it was fun so anyway i slow down at the next light and sure enough he flys by me and stares at me as he passes by and im thinking oh my god thats the ricer fly by and i started laughing quitely to my self and then i went home.

Way to go!
I had one do a flyby the other day, he thought I was racing but I was just driving "normally". They are really cluless. At this point, 9 times out of 10, I refuse to waste gas or abuse the machinery on them. Sometimes I purge at them though, and then take off sedately

What is a J-body? Is there a lot of J-body ricers?? Most of the ricers I see are Hondas, Toyotas, Nissans, and once in a while a V6 Camaro or Mustang.

I always wanted nitrous just so I could spray people that walked in front of me at crosswalks

Seems to be one of the most common cars around here to get riced out. Of course, I live in GM land up here in Michigan.

J-body is the crapilier at least Honda's have the potential to be fast......J-bodies are about pathetic in the aftermarket world....90% rice mods and only 10% powermods available....hell even neons have more potential than a J-body
Nationwide the J-body is the most riced out car I would say....due to the fact the only thing you can really buy is a bodykit and ugly wheels, neon tubes and indiglo gauges
They really hate it when they get beat because they ant even say "wait till I get X"...there still slow and love to do fly-bys...especially the autos

I have never seen a fast one or a riced out one. Must be because of where I live.

This story reminds me of a video I seen once. This is kinda what I remember since it has been a while since I seen it...
It was a Civic racing a Formula, and the Civic gets out a bit ahead of the Formula at first, and then the Formula gets traction and roars by, and after getting some distance lets out.
Next thing you see the two are at a light together. The Formula guy goes, "See I told ya when I got traction I'd beat ya". Then the Civic guy replies, something to the effect that, "You didn't beat sh!t, this is street racing..."
All I could do was lol... that is a pathetic mindset to have. If you lose give the other guy his props

It's hard for stock Civic guys to understand traction problems .

heh, even the corolla has traction problems... I think i'll race a civic some time... that'd be so funny to beat one. Well, maybe i should wait til i put the SRP, Eagle, and Comp Cams stickers. Then i'd REALLY tear him up!!
