I can't decide, I need Help!!!
It's been bothering me for the last few days.
I have a chance to own a black 98 Camaro Z28 with all the goodies, but I have to give up my present 96 Camaro 3.8L.
At first I thought for sure give me the car, but now that I look at it, I'm gonna miss it if I decide to. I've put 3 years into it. I have 2 years to go to pay it off.
I wish I could finance both, well I probably could but its less money in my pocket.
Look at my pics and tell me what you would do. I thought it was easier to move on.

Dude, i know the feeling but have you ever driven a LS1? As soon as you do, you'll give up the 3.8l. The after market for the LS1 is so much better and not to mention the Z will do more than your 3.8L will ever do! My 3.8 is paied off and now i'm looking for a Z. Just my .02s

I'm saying goodbye to my 97, and it aint easy. There are so many things i love about it and that makes it hard, but i think its time to move on.

It is hard to let go.I still miss my old '95 3.4 sometimes. However, this car that I have now just begs to be driven. It cheers me up when I feel down Also you'll now have the power to back those badges you have on your 6 now Plus black is an awesome color.Good luck whatever you do and don't forget to take those SS rims and throw them on the Z!

I agree with the person that said test drive one. That will force the decision on you. I was fortunate enough to sell my V6 to my brother and get a 99 SS.

Damn, I was hoping that no one would notice that. That was a stupid idea I had. I will take them off eventually.

Damn straight, I just won those on Ebay so if I do trade my car in, they get the salad shooters along with the old 96 tailights, the original stereo, I wish I could take the SS muffler but I dont have the original as it had a hole in it.

Ok, I've posted the picture of the 98 Z28 I could maybe own on Webshots.
Have a look if you want. If I own it, I'll of course get more pictures.
You guys are helping me make a decision, I appreciate all your feedback. Keep it coming. And pray that I haven't lost out on it.

One other question, How much gas mileage am I going to lose with going up to an LS1. I only ask as the stupid gas prices have been going up for regular (87 octane).

On my '98 I get about 27 on the highway and about 17 around town including the weekend drags. Not bad mileage at all!
