Post Value of a '67 SS Convertible?

I'm hoping someone here may be able to help me determine the ballpark value of a friends car. It is a '67 Camaro SS Convertible. It has 35k original miles and is in very good condition. It is driven about once a month and is in excellent mechanical condition. It is all original with a 350 and a Muncie "Rock Crusher" 4 speed tranny. It is red with black interior. The interior and top are both in great condition. It has had a fender repainted and the paint has faded enough that you can see the difference.
Any idea of how much they should ask for this car if they decide to sell it? I told him I thought it was worth anywhere from $15k to $25k (I have not seen the car in person). I would guess closer to $20k. Any thoughts are appreciated!

Almost forgot....the car has factory a/c, but needs recharged (which means the compressor could possibly be bad).

If it truly has the original 350 in it and the original transmission then you are in the right price range depending on the paint. I Muncie M22 Rock Crusher wasn't available until 68 so it probably has a Muncie M21. It sounds like a $20K car, probably more depending on the paint though.
