JetHot LS1 Y pipe with Cats in Stock!

We are finally ready to start the New Jet Hot Y pipe with the cats and header GP. Sorry it took so long, we got a few in the past two days and the balance is being received on Monday.

The GP will run from 8/15/03 to 8/29/03.

The Jet Hot Y pipe is designed simular to the Hooker Y pipe but with many inprovements! The Y pipe on the driver's side never had any major problems but the driver's side did. We were able to move the pipe on the driver's side down about 1/4" and run back to the Y pipe connection were it comes back up. We put a slip tube section back furture were the Y pipe bents back to the pass side pipe. We added room so it can be adjusted as needed. The cats were customer designed by an OEM manufacture. They are about 4" long and are a 4" diam. This is a high flow design cat and I'm working on getting the flow numbers by next week. The cats slide into the Y pipe. The Y pipe is flared on both sides to slip in the cats and then clamp down in place. We also include a tube to put in place if you do not want to run the cats. It's up to you, if you want to run the cats or without the cats. Behind the cats. ,we installed O2 bungs. There are plugs installed into the O2 bungs. You can run the simulators or use the O2 sensors. This is NOT a emission legal certified Y pipe with the cats. I'm working on showing pictures, I'll have them ready and posted by 8/20/03(I just need a Y pipe that has been coated to get a picture of it).

The price for the JetHot Y pipe with Cats, fully coated in&out with the sterling silver finish, is ***$423*** to the door (within the U.S.).

PS: The Jet Hot Y pipe will work with the Hooker headers but I can't confirm if it would work with the Pacesetter headers.

At the same time, we are going to run a GP for the Jet Hot LS1 headers for the 98-02. The headers are long tube with a 1 3/4x3" collectors. The headers are a 16 gauge metal and a 3/8" flange thickness. The flange is welded on both sides and the matting surface is smooth for better sealing. All the headers come with the O2 bungs installed into the collectors. The headers can be purchased without any emission tubes or with emisson tubes and in the correct location for the 98-99,00 & 01-02. The price of the headers, fully coated in&out with the sterling silver finish,is ***$529*** to the door(within the U.S.).

We can also offer the O2 ext for the front O2 sensor for ***$15*** a pair. We found that if you use the rear O2 sensor, the harnest will work.

Keep in mind, you can pay all at once or use the TWO PAY PLAN. The two pay plan is easy. You would pay by credit card(or debit card). We would charge 1/2 the total price and ship the parts to you. The following month on the same date, we would charge the 2nd half. Either way, you would pay the same price.

If you have any questions or wanted to place an order, please feel free to call or email.

Thanks
Chris

The good news is that we have been working on that project. The bad news is that it won't be ready till this fall.
Thanks

>How much difference it there between the LS1 and LT1 "Y pipe" ? Is there anyway we could get away with using the LS1 "Y pipe" for our JetHot LT1 long tube headers ?

Sorry, there is enough difference for the LS1 Y pipe not to work. You would end up designing a new Y pipe.

Thanks
Chris
