just wanted to let you guys know that there is a metting at schaumburg hooters on the 23rd.
quite a few people are going and i plan on making this big.
i say gather at ~6pm for about 30min. go inside eat, and then hit the streets.

How does the turn out look so far? Decent amount of F-Bodies coming?

Where is this Hooters at? I'm not that familiar with the area. I might be out by Barrington/Irving so I might head on up.

 

Hooters is on south side of Golf Road (58) by Woodfield. Just east of Meachum (and west of Rt 53/355).

What time on the 23rd?

Fbodyowners.com is also having an F-body meet there earlier in the day...around noon.

 

turnout is looking good, but i can't get a decent count because there are a few people saying , i'll try and make it.
i still think it is dumb to have a meeting so early. ~12 because you can't really cruise around. there aren't many hangouts where there are that many people yet. so it's at ~6pm.

dude, you can call it dumb, but we've been having these gatherings at the same time for over a year now. 30+ cars ALWAYS show up, 40+ a couple of times already. if you wanna go out and cruise late nite, that's cool, but good luck with the schaumburg police on a weekend! make sure you got your bond card handy!

 

we've done this before...if no one acts stupid we wont have a problem.
daytime and nighttime meets both work, to each his own
