One word.....Offset!!!! The rim offsets are different from front to back. I once rotated my tires front to back and I had the same rubbing!!! Have you rotated your tires recently or did you buy the car this way.....Bring it in to your tire man and have him pull the front tire off and look at the tie rod (I think). You should have rubbing where the rim is too wide.
