Can you still pass emissions?

You should pass the sniffer no prob, the only thing you'd have to worry about is if they have a visual inspection.

I'm in Lake county. I believe we do here.

I just checked emission testing is required for Lake, Porter, Clark and Floyd counties.

Not sure if you could do this but I have family out in AZ who did this trick...

Can you get a PO box in a county that does not have e. checks and register your car in that county so you won't have to worry about it?

heres another little trick, block off the egr(weld it shut) on the manifold. Then everything is still there for the visual
