I want to get zanio, but my money or time wont allow that for the time being. So im going to have to bite the bullet and ask if its ok to mix products. I know the meguirs clay bar is crap so im not going to use it. Will get the mothers one insted. Can i use mothers spray on mequires polish? Or should i go all mothers products. Also, what about a detergent? Hope this makes sense, any help will be very appreciated. Thanks in advance.

 

Before I used the Zaino system (meaning using all the products of the same name brand) I used to mix and match products all the time. Mixing Mothers and Meguiars should not be a big deal, they use about the same platform of ingredients.

Are meguires and mothers cheeper then Zaino, or am i just makeing my self believe that?

 

I don't see how Mothers and Meguiars are that much cheaper than Zaino, all three companies make polish/wax, detail spray, car wash, clay bar that are all about the same price. You do get 12 to 14 coats from an 8 ounce bottle of Z-2, so it goes a long way.
