I did a very nice burnout and held it for 73seconds (friend timed me) well now i have rubber caked up under the fenderwells and all over the rear bumper behind the wheels along with tar how do ya get that crap off

WD-40 can take it off also they sell several tar and bug removers, make sure you wash the car right after.

For what the WD40 doesn't remove, try a clay bar.
