Post Reapplying adhesive to windshield trim

My front windshield's and rear window's rubber (or plastic?) trim has started to come off because the adhesive has been wearing out. Does anyone know what kind of longer-lasting adhesive I should apply to the trim?

Thanks,
-emerson

Do you mean the rubber trim around the back window is coming off?

These cars are bad for that. The second or third year after getting the car it started to come off. The heat causes that.

I have to redo my car right now actually. The dealer told me to buy some urethane adhesive.

I'll see how it works.

I called a glass place about mine. Mine is really bad, one corner broke and its sliding off leaving all this nasty residue. The glass place quoted me about 120 bucks to fix it. They will take off the rear window, take off the old trim, clean the window, and put all new trim on. I think that is a pretty good price to have that fixed, although if yours is minor, try to fix it yourself. Its just mine is really really bad so I am willing to pay 120 bucks...
