Angry SOMEONE PUT GUM ON MY SPOILER!!!!!

I came out of the king of prussia mall two days ago ad found what looked like remnants of gum on my spolier. I am not sure it is..its not bird sh*t.....but more importantly...how can i properly cleanse the area and make it so it looks like nothing ever happened. I put some mothers instant showshine stuff on it just for the hell of it..but nothing changed. I don't think it will come off if i wash the car.....i don't want to have to clay it...but maybe it would be best just to clay the spolier..where it is at? Any suggestions?

Is it a wad of gum or just little stringy jobs? Either way i've always heard that ice works well getting rid of gum. Rub the ice on the gum and it will get hard, then you can chip it off.

Mark has a good idea, try that first and then get some "Goo Gone" or Goo be Gone (no this is not a sexual aid) you can pick it up at Wal-Mart or other stores. It should get the rest off.

Or you can just slab some peanut butter (creamy of couse) on it, wait a while and wipe it right off.

I had some on my trunk, and decided to try Z6. Took it right off.
