WOW, What track was that so I'll be sure to never go!!

Last week I went 8.0's with just 84mph on 245 wide (stock width) Nitto's and stock suspension. That was with a 1.73 60'...

A couple of buddies of mine run 7.30-40's with 93-95 mph...

1/8: 8.04@83.8mph @ Brewer's
1/4: 12.84@104.62 @ Fayetteville w/ an 8.12 1/8

Even if it ain't Sunny, Hey I ain't complaining, I'm in the rain doing a buck forty hydroplaining!!

Your time should be a lot better, if you can improve your 60' times, I have the same problem that I can't hook up but if you can hook up and get a 2.0 then your time should be good.

Times in sig, no blower, no nitrous, made on ET Streets.
Take your car to Rockingham and see what it will do

I was hoping I could pull a low or mid 7. This track has new c-5s running 9.3. How often do you go to rockingham. And where is simpsonville at. If its near myrlte beach you can join this list. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/mbstreetheat/
maybe we could meet at rocking ham. I heard 7/10 and rico is also a good track.

Simpsonville is near Greenville, off I385. Last time I was at Rockingham was last May, but my plans include another trip there, possibly in August. We need to check the Rock's schedule for a made in the USA weekend

I just drove our race car this weekend mid 90's, rained out our first time run, and high humidity and the best time was: 60' 1.56, 1/8 7.168, MPH 95.46

So with 94.57 for speed your not too far off just need to get that 60' better. Also the other post about the 1/4 speed at 118 is about right. With 1/8 mile speeds at 95 mph our 1/4 mile speeds are around 119 but a lot of that has to do with your torque converter/clutch set up and final gear ratio through the speed trap. Try a different track and see what your results are and best of luck to you.

I think 95 MPH 1/8 on average is around 119-121 MPH 1/4.

I'd say anywhere from 118-120mph trap speeds.

I run 96+mph and 11.1@120mph but my car falls off in 3rd. I run 7.1 or 7.2 at the 1/8 on a mid 1.5...

Hmm, I would safely say your running around 119-120 or so in the 1/4. I ran on ET streets and managed 97.4's in the 1/8th. I never made it to the 1/4 track with ET streets though, so I never got to see what it would do in the 1/4. I was expecting 124-125mph??. I did make it out on street tires while the motor was still healthy, and spun pretty bad, only went 89mph in the 1/8th, but 119.9 in the 1/4, so the car had lots of top end pull. I had a N/A 383, 10.5cr, CC306 and home ported AFR 195cc heads car was. Car weight was 3715 lbs with me in it.
