I went through this same issue a few times and ended up ditching the ARP studs and going to ARP bolts. It worked for me.

I feel for you though, it sucks major ***.

I would re-torque the heads and go to around 70lbs. That would not be enough of a variance to cause any issues. Worth a shot anyway. And if that does not work..I agree with the previous post...69 the studs and go with ARP bolts and sealant.

I think things are beginning to turn positive! I'm pretty sure either I misdiagnosed the leak from the head gasket, or it sealed up. It looks like only 1 head stud on each side is weeping now. Whereas before, it was like a waterfall. Those GM sealing tabs work.
Changed the oil before I went out on another test drive and the oil looked brand new!
