Steering Wheel

Production model, I think. Found the image at camaro5.com.

But anyway, my brother took me for a quick lesson on Sunday in his Mazda, a 6. Auto v6, lots of amenities. Anyway... I had a bit of trouble turning the wheel, it felt really uncomfortable with it's design and the controls on it.

I was used to an old 1995 Corolla. heheh.
But it appears for now, GM has not put any controls on the steering wheel. Good, cause who knows what kind of chaos I would cause as a 10 and 2 driver. It seems like no comapny makes it so you can put your hands at 9 and 3 also, weird, that'd be perfect if you also put the horizontal sections at 10 and 2... Different discussion.

So, does anyone think GM will put audio, or other controls besides "horn", which is dumb btw.., on it?

That looks Pre-Production... look at the carpet, or lack thereof. The production version has the controls on the wheel (I'm the same way, I'd prefer nothing on the wheel). There are other threads here that show the steering wheel close up. JasonD's photos in the images section come to mind.

^hey look, some guy's legs.

hmm, not as many functions as i thought they'd put on it. and they look relatively small. it might work well after all.
