Dealer installed "Paint Protection"?!
So what exactly do they do? Apparantly the Caddy I just bought had it done twice. I have had a few new cars and have always decliend without even hearing the "pitch" as I like to detail my car anyway.
Can someone please tell me the story? Is it worth anything? i'm a Zaino man, myself and fully intend to use that. Anyone have any thoughts on the merits of "paint protection"

They pretty much use some regular sealant (Klasse, etc - which is similar to Zaino except it's an acrylic and not a polymer, same ballpark as far as protection), and charge you about a grand for it.
