Hoping to buy a 4" Cowl in the Houston area. Don't care what color I'm getting the car re-painted. Just as long as there is no damage. Can't believe the cost to have one shipped to my door. Harwood is about 3hrs away but it doesn't carry a 4". Any ideas or suggestions?
