Precision Turbo, PT 6776, $500
I got this about five years ago when I was going to turbocharge a 99 Corvette but I never used it. The exhaust housing is for a Buick, meaning the exhaust flange has three bolts instead of four. It has about 500 miles on it, put on by the guy I bought it from. He was a friend of a friend and said he bolted it on, drove the car to Florida, and didn't like it. I've heard from a couple of the Buick owners that the smaller turbos are more fun on their cars because of the lag so that was probably his issue. I'm tired of having it sitting around so it's on for sale for
$500.
It's about $900 new. Precision Turbo - PT67 Series Turbo: NLM
It's rated for 750hp but would be about right to make 500 at the wheels on one of our v8's without having a huge amount of lag...which is what I was going to do with the Corvette. Would have been pretty sweet.
I'd be happy to email pictures, and a video showing the tightness of the bearings, to anyone. The thing is basically new.
