Injuneers note/Bobby Kelly

Re: Injuneers note/Bobby Kelly
It's up to the people who got screwed to take action. This site assumes NO responsibility for the outcome of the deals. All we can do is warn people away from blatant offenders, and provide the "Buyer/Seller Feedback" forum.
As a moderator, I'm not even supposed to get involved in trying to straighten out deals gone bad, but I still try to help where possible.
Everyone should read the "Marketplace" rules before entering into a transaction:

Specific to the site responsibility:
Fraud Awareness and Information
Because there is no foolproof way to prevent fraud, awareness is the best defense.
Please review our tips below, and use your best judgment in all transactions.
We do not get involved in transactions between buyers and sellers.
This web site and site administration:
Does not guarantee or endorse transactions
Does not have preferred or pre-approved buyers or sellers
Can not guarantee the authenticity of any item listed here
Cannot assume someone is guilty of fraud based on claims that can not be proven
Does not collect guaranteed personal data nor has resources to investigate claims or problems due to a transaction
Strongly suggests that you use common sense and investigate any deal before proceeding.
This site is not a dispute service.
If a deal has gone bad, don't decide to make it into an argument here as it will not get results. If you have tried to resolve a transaction without results, trashing the other person on the Internet never does any good, and no positive result to your situation can come out of publicly bickering over it. Take it up with the authorities who have the ability to achieve results.
If you feel your deal has truly gone bad:
First, we suggest that you post your experience with the buyer/seller in our Feeback forum (see "About the Feedback System" below). Be respectful, honest, and fair with your comments and you may have better luck getting a positive result. Include the other party's full name and not just the user name. Please do not include any more of the other party's personal information such as address or phone number.
If that doesn't work...
If payment was made with PayPal:

If the USPS was utilized in the transaction:

If there are no other resources available, file a claim with the FBI:
