FS:Hooker Super Comp long tube headers

I have for sale a brand new set of hooker supercomp long tube headers for a 93-97 lt1. These headers are non emissions headers and come with all the necessary hardware they are also still in plastic. to ship to canada your looking at an extra $60 only because its outside the united states

Are they slip fit collectors or bolt-on collectors? Are ceramic coated also correct?

Does anyone know this guy, Nick Damjanovich (projectTA). I payed for the headers the first of Nov. and have not recieved them and will not return phone calls. he lives in scherville Indiana.
