355 LT1 shortblock w/McLeod street twin clutch

355ci LT1 shortblock:
-Balanced & Blueprinted Rotating Assembly
-33k miles on shortblock
-ARP Main Stud Kit (2 bolt)
-Clevite ms909h Main Bearings
-Ross 4.030/3.48/5.7/-5/2.75 2618 forged pistons
-Piston Rings gapped for Nitrous
-Manley Pro Mod 6" forged I-Beam connecting rods
-ARP 3/8" rod bolts
-Clevite cb663h Rod Bearings
-Stock GM LT1 crankshaft
-Moroso high volume oil pump
-Moroso hardened oil pump shaft
-Comp Cams 306 cam (230/244 544/.576 Lift 114LS)
-Clevite cam bearings
-Stock LT1 F-body oil pan

The engine was tuned from the first start up and overall in good condition. Ran well when removed from the car last month. Pistons are clean with no carbon buildup. The engine does have some piston slap when cold which is common for 2618 pistons. Once the engine operating temperature rises, the piston slap goes away as the piston expands. The #7 piston has part of the ridge along the valve relief clearanced. This doesn't affect overall performance, but is notable asthetically. I don't know the story behind this.

I also have a McLeod street twin clutch (aluminum flywheel) in very nice condition. The flywheel is balanced to this engine. The clutch was sent back to McLeod 4k miles ago for a full rebuild (new discs as well). Also includes the McLeod adjustable master cylinder.

Shortblock: $900
Street Twin: $600
Package: $1400

I'll take it for $700 Jason, is the rotating assembly all internal balanced or balanced like stock? I'm located in MD 20743.
