New Member from Broken Arrow, OK

Hello all! It's great to be a member of this awesome site. Since April 2013, I currently own a 1995 Z28 6spd car with 125K. This is my 3rd Camaro. The previous two were a 96 Z28 A4 (owned from 2001-2007), and a 92 RS 3.1 V6 (owned from 1998-2001). I've kept my cars mostly stock other than the usual exhaust, air intake, and wheel/tire upgrades. My current one is different because it is not my daily driver. It has a nice spot in the garage where it can come out when it's nice outside. I plan on tackling some suspension/chasis upgrades for the first time. It seems like something fun to do, and it's always nice to improve the handling and stance of the car. Anyway, glad to be here! Talk to you later.

Welcome to the board. Lots of good information here for you to learn about mods and the experiences of people with different combinations. Enjoy!

Re: New Member from Broken Arrow, OK

Thanks for the warm welcome! I know a lot has changed since my last Camaro. Back in the early to mid 2000's LT1's were still pretty sought after. Yeah the LS1's were out, but they were so new most of us younger guys (early twenties at the time) had trouble affording a nice one. I guess I have a nostalgia for the LT1 motor.
I got my first ride in one back in 1995 in my best friend's dad's new '95 Z28. He used to drive us to our baseball games in the car to get our adrenaline going before a game. It worked! He had put a flowmaster on it so it sounded like a race car. I guess that impression stuck because I always wanted one after that!
