lt1 sat for years in car should i rebuild or by a new engine. hooked up to a T56 6 speed manual. has a oil leak from somewhere egr valve is bad among other things first camaro ive owned. engine still has lots of power??? any advice helps

I'd pull the heads and see what the conditions are before assuming it needs to be rebuilt. Which end of the engine has the oil leak?
