86 iroc no fuel

86 iroc no fuel
hey people, new member here. son has 86 iroc. fuel pump not running. can relay be tested before i bbuy one. have new pump but want to be sure bbefore installing. runs on ether only. is there a fuel pump fuse somewhere? appreciate any help. hopiing im not the lone ranger on this prob.
I suspect the tech areas will have the answers you need.
