so I found a great body car cause mine is rotting being in storage. Anyways there is no title. How hard is it to get a new title if I don't know who the owner was. Its pretty cheap cause it needs a few parts such I have. Anyways if anyone has advice let me know please

uh way more information is needed. You don't know who the owner is? Sounds stolen the way you described it. I'm not 100% sure but I think in order to get a new title issued you need to have the last registered owner apply for it. I would make sure its not stolen b4 you go any further.
