Spraying 95 z28

Hey guys this winter I'm tearing down my 95 z28 lt1 and I'm going to build it for spray I'm going to go with all new bottom end 383 stroker kit bigger cam stock heads just bigger valve springs and titanium locks what size cam would be best for spray also the car is auto but I have a powerglide with a break and 3800 stall I'm going to through in the mix

Will the stock rear end hold together with 33 spline axles and 4.56 gear

I believe to install 33 spline axles you would need a bigger rearend.
