need injector advise please...

I have been running my T/A lately and have been pleased so far but.. I tried to dry spray a 125 shot but am having problems getting it to stay fired all the way down the track. The car has Accel DFI and when I leave the line the injector duty cycle reaches 100% and that triggers the ecm to shut down the nitrous until the next pass..(good safety item) I did get it to make one pass by delaying the N2O .500 secs. but the duty cycles were still 98-99 % so it won't work like that..My question is what size injector would be the next logical step as I would like to use the N2O for a full pass...current injectors are 36# and the fuel pressure is 46# I would like to step up the N2O soon but would first like to get the 125 dialed in first..it spikes the duty cycle bad at the line the minute the throttle hits the floor...thanks for any help.........P.S. the N2O did help..7.14@96 N/A.....6.86@101.5 on 125 shot all on street trim

I'm sticking with the 125 shot for now but may go up to 175 at the most.. but if I do that i would probably start adding fuel or go fogger since I already have nozzles.. but I planned that as a second stage besides the engine still has stock cast pistons , my main goal was to get the 125 dialed in but I can tell I need more injector (based on the 98-99% duty cycle) but didn't want to go too big cause don't the big ones make it increasingly hard to get the idle and low-speed tune right? I was thinking 42 to 55 lbs for injector but I'm looking for advise because I'm a little overwhelmed with the whole DFI laptop tuning thing when my mind was geared to dominator / distributor upbringing!! I'm still learning and enjoying the learning curve but you know it's easier to ask for help and I am definately not too proud to ask for help..thanks again

hmm

well the good thing is if you go to 42# you will have room to work with if you do decide to go bigger in the end. and once you have tuned for them they will work at a much smaller duty cycle. i would go with the 42s. i myself am going to go to a wet shot. and with my mods 30lb injectors will be more than enough. but what if i decide to do some more stuff? then i got to go bigger again and get yet another tune...do it one time.
