Help no power after 2nd gear.
I have a stock 1993 z28.What it has is a custom chip,MSD wires, cold air,flow master and a 150 shot by NX. The car under a n20 run pulls great until the top of second gear then its like it hits a rev limiter and it takes awile to recover. Would a knock sensor do this ? I do have a Mallory 685 that I would love to hook up to the arming switch so I have it for n20 runs but I have no idea how to hook it up,Ive read alot of threads on hear but Im still unclear. (stock fuel system and the chip timming Im sure is turned up) It dont seem like its running out of fuel. Please help.

Knowing the whole story paints a different picture.... he posted this on the LT1 Engine Tech forum, got several answers, including two from me. He still wasn't happy... I suggested that he post here because there are a couple of vendors who could help. But I cautioned him "it may take a while".
He also got a response in an earlier thread on how to hook up the Mallory box.
You just can't please some people. I wouldn't worry about it.... no great loss (although he was active on the site last night at 10:55pm).
