Clean 96 Caprice Classic for sale
I'm thinking of selling my Caprice Classic because its to nice to let my 2 Labs in the back seat so i never drive it... and i miss having a truck.....
I bought this 96 Caprice with a hurt lt1 motor.....I found a good short block and put all new bearings etc new cam bearings and honed the cylinders and new rings etc etc new ac compressor etc .....i left it all stock but it did have a Raiss air intake and a set of Comp cams roller rockers and LS beehive valve springs already..........car runs and drivers excellent......Car is super clean and straight and near mint...rare paint color..and is super nice but the tops of both bumper covers need paint.......105,xxx miles and motor has about 600 miles......from Fl. so theres no rust and no bubbles....about a $900 stereo system......this is the hardest car to put a price on ... and might consider trades for clean Chevy/GMC 2wd trucks from 1960 +......might consider a clean project/roller...or cash is king.. $6,200
heres a few mods....
96 impala SS floor shifter console
modified steering column....no more shifter hole...
modified stock bench seat with heavy duty seat rails
New GM Impala ss rims
z28 cluster with working tack...
double adjustable upper lower rear control arms....1/2 inch longer
Denny's 6061 1/2 inch longer alum. drive shaft
GM impala ss springs
AC Delco shocks.....all 4
3.42 gears with install kit.
Flowmaster Force lll exhaust system
Rustic racing front end kit
body bushing upgrade
f-body maf
Gm s10 stall convertor
Magnacore plug wires
GM compass mirror with map light.
Innovative heavy duty battery cables
etc etc
etc
etc
