Thumbs down Broke Again UGGH!!!

Blazer Broke Again
The Blazer quit on me agian yesterday.Try waiting for the flatbed in 106* heat. That was fun.Heres the run down of the last weeks worth of headaches. The Alternator and Battery last Thurs $225. Tires on Fri $210.A/C compressor,Accumulator and orifice tube on Wed $210.Fuel pump quit yesterday.$160 Tow Bill.$50 rental car (It's a Daewoo they should be paying me)$450 for fuel ppump and installation. That is between 12 and $1300 in a week. The guy at the shop said he has seen alot of cars come from out east and they can't take the heat. They ar'nt used to running like that.Hopefully this will be the last of it.Keep your fingers crossed for me.

James

What year Blazer do you have? I know from work 95 to 97 had a lot of problems. If it is those years make sure you check the rad and trans. The rad on those would fill with rust and take out the heater core. You would have to back flush about 3 times. if that didn't work you had to replace the rad and heater core. The trans would not seal at the dip stick and water would get into the trans. The dip sticks would be covered in rust and in time the trans would go. Anyone with this problem should change the filler tube, dipstick, fluid and filter otherwise your trans will go. Just a little advice. Hopefully you won't have any other problems.

The P.O.S. Blazer is a 95. I hav'nt had too many problems with it so far.It has never been opened up(Motor,Trans,Transfer Case,Front end) So I have been lucky. The rear end Puked about 10,000 miles ago.Other than tires, brakes, and other normal wear it has been maint.free.It has 230,000 hard miles on it .I guess it's time she starts givin in.Hopefully this is the last of it for awhile.

For Sale 1995 Chevy Blazer.Clean (ragged out),one owner,(I bought it after it was repo'd) Low mileage(230,000), Easy miles(Beat the **** out of it)Cream Puff,(oil looks like cream). If interested contact me. you know james i starting to think when you get back i'm not going to want to hang out with you. You seem to be bad luck, and bad luck has a way of transferring from one car to another. by the way, hows school out there?
