Yes, & what a STUPID decision to keep the car outside! At least find a way to cover it somehow or add on to the barn moron!!!! With all that money, he should have plenty of room to keep all of his cars inside!

...Not a moron. Just someone who has a collection that was bigger than his interest. I am sure that he lost out on most of the value of that car when he traded it in. He probably could have afforded to burn it to the ground if he wanted. Instead, the guy drove it 82,000 miles, lost interest ,and is guilty only of putting it away wet. It was probably his daily beater, then he parked it once it wasn't fun to drive anymore. Happens all the time!

I once knew a guy who bought and restored an original '70 Hemi cuda from the original owner: He bought it in 1980 or '81 for $1000. (An eleven year-old hemi cuda!) The car was burning oil, so the owner shoved it inside a chicken coop, forgot about it, and when George found it, it was covered in chicken crap and feathers. So... yeah! It doesn't surprise me!

...nearly bought that car from George for $12K. "if only".... :rolleyes
