I've been to two in the late 90's, both at Memphis. Should have made plans for this one as it is so close, but seemed a little pricey!

I went down twice and made it to the finals in the street bracket, both times, only to lose to Texans! Danm those Texas guys can race!! They was probably BOTH hungover from the night before!!

HInk (AL... you get it for me this year)

From the "RULES" page:

Events/Classes

Events:

- A whole day of Full Tree (.500 light) Test & Tune
- Class-style Full Tree (.500 light) bracket racing
- Overall bracket vs bracket finals
- Top-dog Quick 8 "street tire" and "sticky tire" heads up racing on a Pro Tree (.400 light)
- 0-100-0 MPH Contest
- Burnout Contest

Classes:

- Real Street Tire Class: street tires not RR tires, not drag radials, and not slicks
- Sticky Tire Class: slicks & DOT sticky racing tire (M&H, M/T, Nitto & BFG drag radials)
- Manual Tranny Class: any tire
- Real Street Quick 8 Class: street tires not RR tires, not drag radials, and not slicks
- Pro Quick 8 Class: slicks & DOT sticky racing tire (M&H, M/T, Nitto & BFG drag radials)

I'd say you fall in the sticky tire class, its dial in just like the real street class.
