Paging modfather!

Yoh Bri,

Can I borrow your crank hug install tool? Got a few LT1 to work on in the near future!

Good reason for us to get to hOOters.

No Rush, not going to work on them until some time in March, any weekday but Wednesday is good for me.

John,

If you're ever in a pinch a piece of 7/16"-20 thread rod, washers and nuts work, too. The trick is finding the thread rod in fine threads. I had to order mine from McMaster-Carr.

Later,

Steve.

I thought you make your own install tool?

Honestly I don't rember. I made a couple tools for my motor, and I do not remember a crank hub install tool but I will check. As already stated a piece of all-thread and a nut with a spacer will also do the trick. I know a 2 lb hammer and a scrap 2x4 works well too

Hooters is cool for me just not for the next 4 weeks or so. I am doing 12's every day in Staten Island on a control panel job. I'm leaving the house at 6 am and getting home around 6 pm. We just started this job on Monday and I am on a mission this year to beat a fellow worker in OT this year. He is a ***** and ALWAYS ends up with the most OT. I plan to be the usual me and stir some crap up and beat the pants off him this year, just to **** him (and his almighty seniority rules attitude) off!!!

So far I am 40 hrs of OT ahead of him this year already!!! So I will not be home before 6 pm at any given time during the next few weeks

I have that tool as well, but since this is the engine that spun the mains I'm going to be **** about this build.
