Z28amustangklr

Ive recently purchased a 93 z28 racecar. I plan to run auto x and hill climbs with the car. Problem is I need to get some run time in the car before i go an race this thing. Its alot different then my 95 z28 street car. One its a 6 speed with 3.73 gearing an a spool which i am not use to. My question is id like to get this car street legal. it has wipers , lights , tail lights , ect. but it doesnt have door windows tho and the air bags are no more since the steering wheel is a racing wheel. id also like to do this so i can drive the car to close local events. What if any is the way to do this? the car does not have a title just a bill of sale it was deemed for offroad use since day one its been a race car for its whole life. so there is no title but it does have a VIN#. even if i can get this thing legal for like limited road use just to get sometime in the seat before i race it. any help on this would be greatly appreciated thank you.
