If the blades on my bbk 58mm arent closing all the way or if the spring is bad is there a way to replace items or do i just replace the throttle body and move on.

If I went with 4.10's won't that kill my everyday gas mileage or does that depend on my motor.I'm in the process of building my motor, so I would like to know in advance.
