Will N20 Hurt my Lt1?

My car is stock except for a flow and i was wondering if a 75-shot of nitrous would tear up my engine.

Re: Will N20 Hurt my Lt1?

if used properly it shouldnt hurt it. Will it put more stress on the motor? yes it does, but a 75 shot shouldnt be a problem for it. Just make sure your engine is in good running order, change to a non platinum plug, and the fuel pump and injectors are in good shape. if you have the money, its not a bad idea to get a few of the little safety items such as a FPSS, window switch..etc. Do your research, buy a quality kit and have fun.

It shouldnt hurt it as long as it doesnt have any internals on there way out. people run 150 all the time on a stock motor. Im in the process of building my motor just to be safe.
