Transmission problem?
When I hit like 4-redline and hit 2nd... even if I ease into it. Its grinds 2nd!! WTF?!?! But if I drive normal no grinding? If I down**** into 2nd... no grinding... wtf man?! Is my tranny going?

well it could be a clutch problem(slave cylinder goining out, out of fluid, master cylinder going out) and if there arent any problems there then most likely the second gear synchronizer is shot
