HELP!!!!!!!!!! I just installed a chrome molly F/W kevlar clutch and Presser plate with T/B, and here is my problem The clutch fork came off during the sliding of the trans back in I have tried to put the fork back on the t/o bearing with out having to pull the trans back out, I have tried pushing praying and hitting it but it will not go back on! Someone please help me What am I not doing right.

are you using the square top TO bearing or round top?
it also helps to put the fork on TO bearing with the tranny still 1/4" away from bell housing then slide tranny all the way in
on round top TO bearing there is a "raised" part on the shoulder the fork slides on. sometimes if that is positioned where the fork is trying to mate it won't go on. you can try and rotate the TO bearing slightly. On the square top ones you need to line up the "flat" sides of TO bearing same angle of approach as fork so it slides on. On either type usually pushing in the fork will "move" the TO bearing to allow the fork to slide on but sometimes not.
