Starter Relay Location

Hey, i was wondering where my starter relay is. I want to put in a push button start. I did it in my last car, i ran a hot wire to a push button then to i forget which pin, and it worked fine. You just turn the key on and push the button. I want to put it in my cigarette lighter.

Has anyone done this, and is it even possible? I didnt see a starter relay in the panel under the hood so im assuming it must be separately located.

Re: Starter Relay Location

Here is a schematic if you want to try to wire something up. There isn't a "starter relay" per se, but there are some other theft deterrent devices. It is your choice on where you might want to wire in the button switch.
