SES Light, help!

My Service Engine Soon light is on again, this time, the code is P0410, and it says *Secondary Air Injection System Malfunction.* Anyone know exactly what this means? Where is the Air pump or whatever, and how expensive would it be to fix it. Is it an easy job? Probably not being an LT1.
