Running like crap in certain RPM's

I just got my car on the road after about 8 months of sitting due to the opti failing on me last year. I ended up going with a used (not sure how "used" but it didn't even look like it was ever installed) Delteq system I found on Ebay and a Dynaspark Gen III distributor specifically made for the Delteq and LTCC systems. My problem is after the car gets to normal operating temperature for awhile it'll start stumbling and skipping at anything below 2100 RPMS, (under load and not under load, doesn't matter) but as soon as I get past 2100 it runs fine, and then again at 3500 RPMS it misses and skips again but as soon as a get a few hundred RPMS above that it's fine. It is also backfiring which it never did before and my Air Fuel Gauge seems to be in the high 12, low 13 range while driving. I thought it might be my o2's so I unplugged them to see if that was the case but it didn't make any difference and before I took them out it never threw a SES light. Any idea's? It ran beautiful last year until one day it just didn't start, and before operating temp. it runs absolutely fine so it sounds like a sensor maybe since it's fine until it goes to open loop, but like I said before it never threw a code.

Myles

check plugs? mine ran fine before operating temp. then it stumbled, missed etc... turned out i had fouled out a few plugs. new plugs and ran fine. probably not your problem though since your setup is far more advanced then mine.

I'll check the plugs tomorrow and see what they look like, I doubt my problem would be that easily solved but it's worth a shot.

My low coolant light is on even though the coolant level in the radiator is fine, would this cause some of my problems? My battery seems to have rubbed up against it for some time (top lip of coolant bottle broke that helps hold it in place) but I made a strap to hold it in place now. Car still runs fine when cold, then 10 minutes after operating temp stumbles, misses, etc. like before. I unplugged the O2's and MAF and neither changed the way it was running. With my Delteq system I mounted the coils and ICM on top of the intake right behind the MAP sensor on the plenum and the ICM is about 1/32" behind the MAP, could the ICM be causing electrical interference with the MAP? I moved the whole coil assmembly up away from the MAP and it still runs like crap but maybe the damage is already done to the MAP sensor? Any ideas?
