Overflow grommet

Re: Overflow grommet
It is not uncommon for the metal hose to leak. Battery corrosion causes holes in it. As I see it, there would be no reason for coolant to be on top of the grommet unless there was a leak above the grommet.

Ok so I found out where the air is coming into the system it's coming from the pit **** at the bottom of the radiator now can I change that or do I need a new radiator ? And would this make my overflow push water out

Hey bro change the pit piece n see wat happens n monitor the coolant level,if ur radiator is not cracked or leaking I wouldn't mess with it.

Re: Overflow grommet
Are you sure you have the hoses correctly routed/connected? Mixing up the overflow and the steam pipe causes problems.
